How it works

1

Describe the task

Chat with the assistant or fill in a short form. Either way you end with a clear job post.

2

Confirm the details

Review the full description, edit anything, then publish when it looks right.

3

Workers respond

Nearby workers who are available can accept. You compare profiles and offers.

4

Get it done

Coordinate in the app, finish the job, then rate each other.

Safety first: tasks involving illegal, unsafe or age-restricted work are flagged. Workers are matched on skills, availability and job-related needs, never on gender by default.
